About

My name is Dava Caballero (Dava Ruth, to those most dear).  Daughter of missionaries, I never considered living outside of church and ministry.  Although my first half century hasn’t officially been in “the ministry,” learning about and sharing the love of Jesus Christ is and will always be my greatest joy and goal.

Mothering has been my primary and most treasured vocation.  With only one little chick of my four left at home, I’ve turned attention back to my passion for the written word.  (Thus, this blog.)  Being a wife, a mother, and a survivor of debilitating sickness provides plenty of material that I’d love to share with those who may be walking a similar path.
